Gail is a Clinical Nurse Specialist with the Regional Geriatric Program Outreach Team, in Specialized Geriatric Services, at St. Joseph's Health Care, Parkwood Hospital.

Academic Affiliations
From 1984-1987, Gail was an instructor at Georgian College in the Diploma Nursing Program, as well as the Coordinator of the Nursing Assistant Program.
Interests/Research Interests
With the Regional Geriatric Program, Gail has been a member of the Outreach Team involved in clinical consultation, education and community development, and research/evaluation. She was instrumental in developing the Centralized Intake and Triage service for the Specialized Geriatric Services for Southwestern Ontario.
Currently, Gail is a member of the Education Committee with the Southwestern Ontario Geriatric Assessment Network, and is involved in a research project examining consistency in approach to geriatric care.
Current Activities/Future Plans
As a member of the Education Committee, Gail is currently involved in the development of a self-directed learning program in care of the elderly.
